Data Deletion

From inside the app (immediate)

1. Sign in to Kreela.

2. Open the Settings page.

3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Every record belonging to your business — user accounts, brand kit, media records, generated content and the Instagram connection (including the encrypted access token) — is permanently deleted at that moment. The action cannot be undone.

Removing only the Instagram connection

If you want to revoke Instagram access without deleting your account, remove the connection from the Connections page. The access token is deleted from the database; your content and media remain.

You can also revoke it from Instagram's side: Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.

Written request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing to us from the email address on your account. We process requests within 30 days of receipt and notify you once complete.
