Buying the app

Kreela is a one-time purchase through Google Play. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no monthly or yearly fee. You pay once and the app is yours.

The sale is made by Google Play: Google takes the payment, issues the invoice, calculates the tax for your country and processes refunds. Pena Studio builds and operates the app itself.

Your purchase is tied to the Google account you buy it with. You can install the app again on any device signed in to that account without paying twice.

There is nothing else to buy inside the app; every feature is unlocked by the initial purchase.

The service

Kreela helps you prepare social media posts from photos you upload and publish them to the Instagram business account you connect.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

You may only create an account on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent.

Content you upload

Photos, videos, logos and text you upload remain yours. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.

We process this content solely to provide the service to you.

You may not upload unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content that breaches Instagram's rules.

Publishing

Publishing takes place through Meta Platforms' infrastructure and is subject to Instagram's own rules.

You are responsible for published content and its consequences.

We cannot accept liability if Meta rejects a post, restricts an account or withdraws access.

Limits

There are no plans, quotas or upgrades: every feature of the app is available to everyone who bought it.

The services we depend on do apply their own limits. Instagram decides how many posts your account may publish in a given period, and AI caption writing depends on the provider being available. These are not limits we set, and they can change.

We may restrict accounts that abuse the service, put excessive load on it with automated tools, or interfere with other people's use of it.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend the service where it is used in breach of these terms or the law.
