Privacy notice
This notice explains how Kreela processes the personal data you send us through this site. It is written under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette RS no. 87/2018, “ZZPL”) and aligned with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
The controller is: [LEGAL ENTITY OR SOLE TRADER NAME], [ADDRESS], registration no. [MB], tax ID [PIB]. Privacy contact: support@kreela.info.
2. What we collect
- Slot request: full name, email, phone, preferred contact channel, chosen space, use, date, time, duration, group size, frequency and number of weeks, message, how you heard about us, whether you know the venue or founder, your consents.
- Venue application: venue name and address, neighbourhood, contact person, email, phone, free hours, prices, uses, capacity, photo link, Instagram, notes, commission acceptance, consents.
- Waitlist: email, role, city, neighbourhood, use, consent to notifications.
- With every form: site language, the page the form was sent from, visit source (UTM parameters and referrer) and the fee variant shown. We do not write your IP address into the sheet.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling requests and applications and contacting you about them – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 12(1)(2) ZZPL).
- Measuring channels and improving the service (aggregate statistics) – legitimate interest (Art. 12(1)(6) ZZPL).
- Sending news and waitlist notifications – your consent (Art. 12(1)(1) ZZPL), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients
- The venue you send a request to: your name, contact and slot details, only to confirm the slot.
- Google (Google Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script): storing form data and sending emails.
- Cloudflare: website hosting.
- GoatCounter: cookieless visit counting (if enabled).
5. Transfers outside Serbia
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the USA and other countries. Transfers rely on [BASIS – e.g. standard contractual clauses].
6. How long we keep data
- Requests and applications: [X] months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (e.g. accounting records).
- Waitlist: until you withdraw consent, and at most [X] months.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) keeps your chosen language, the fee variant and the source of your first visit (for up to 30 days) so that we know which channel works. Visit counting (GoatCounter) does not use cookies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to the address in section 1.
9. Complaints to the Commissioner
If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.

We announce material changes on this page. Kreela is in beta and this notice is a draft.
