Terms of use (beta)
1. What Kreela is
Kreela connects people who need a space (workshops, clubs, shoots, events) with cafés and small venues in Belgrade that have free hours. Kreela does not own the venues. Kreela is in beta: some steps are done by hand.
2. Request and confirmation
Submitting the form sends a request, not a booking. The slot is booked only once the venue confirms and we send you a written confirmation with all conditions. Nothing is paid upfront.
3. Price
The price consists of the rent (set by the venue) and the Kreela fee. You see both amounts before sending a request. Euro amounts are approximate.
4. Cancellation
- Cancelling at least 48 hours before the session: the Kreela fee is refunded in full.
- Cancelling less than 48 hours before: the fee is not refunded.
- If the venue cancels: a full refund and help finding an alternative.
5. No-shows
A no-show without cancelling counts as a late cancellation.
6. Deposit and damage
A deposit, if the venue asks for one, is agreed with the venue and stated in the confirmation. The person who sent the request is responsible for damage caused by their group.
7. What Kreela guarantees
A reply from the venue within 24 hours, a written confirmation of the slot and conditions, and for weekly slots an attempt to find a replacement space if the venue cancels.
8. For venues
Listing is free. The commission and terms of cooperation are set in a pilot agreement before the listing goes live.
9. Liability
Liability rules will be completed after legal review.
